Overberg Personnel needs a Sales & Marketing Manager / Growth Manager / Commercial Manager who can step into a practical role in Remote. A key part of the work involves We are not looking for someone to simply “manage social media” or oversee campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Oversee marketing execution across social media, content, WhatsApp, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Take ownership of Service -based business experience is highly advantageous.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Sales & Marketing Manager / Growth Manager / Commercial Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Relevant experience in social services or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
