Sales Manager
Role Overview
Unique Personnel needs a Sales Manager who can step into a practical role in Ekurhuleni (East Rand). A key part of the work involves Sales Manager Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through to contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team by managing travel extensively throughout the assigned territories to support business development and customer engagement.
- Support the team by managing lead cross functional teams to Identify & develop business opportunities by analysis, planning and proposal of projects resulting in growth for the African business.
- Keep momentum on pursue & implement initiatives to reduce overall cost and improve efficiency of business operation and profitability in Africa.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Sales Manager.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of business management work.
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
