Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on sales Strategy & Market Development.
Take ownership of Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, expand market reach, and grow customer accounts.
Take ownership of Identify new market opportunities (local, regional, retail, wholesale, export).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Sales Manager (Agriculture).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in farming or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
