Sales Engineer Executive

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool market or similar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to win customers over
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and urgency
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual – English & Afrikaans
 
DUTIES:
  • Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers
  • Servicing existing clients and liaising with new prospects for new business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Filling out of Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the customer
  • Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management
  • Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries
  • Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction
SALARY:  Basic, Car Allowance, Commission, Medical Aid and Pension
