Keep CRM activity, contact notes and sales outcomes accurate so managers can see the real pipeline.
Build trust through useful advice, punctual responses and consistent follow-through.
Create new conversations through outbound calls, prospecting and disciplined follow-up.
Coordinate site visits, installation steps or handovers where the sale needs operational support.
