MNA Recruitment needs a RSM - Front Shop and OTC - JHB West & North who can step into a practical role in Gauteng. A key part of the work involves JHB West & North A Global Pharmaceutical Company has a vacancy for a Regional Sales Manager, to manage a team of calling on Pharmacies and Doctors within the Pretoria region.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing minimum of 3 years' experience as a Regional Sales Manager within the pharmaceutical arena, with a proven track record (Essential).
Support the team by managing thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical market.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a RSM - Front Shop and OTC - JHB West & North.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

3 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
