Risk Analyst – Durbanville

Our national client is seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join their Bridging Finance division in Durbanville. This role involves assessing applications, analysing documentation, identifying risks, and supporting accurate credit decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric, or related qualification
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• A positive attitude and professional approach
• Self-discipline and the ability to work successfully in a remote working environment
• Excellent command of the Afrikaans and English language (written and spoken)
• Based in Cape Town Northern Suburbs or the surrounding area (remote position)

DUTIES

• Assess and evaluate client information in line with credit policies and product criteria
• Request additional supporting documentation where required to complete application assessments
• Apply structured credit analysis to bridging finance applications
• Present well-prepared applications to the credit committee for decisioning
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance across all submitted deals
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all risk assessments
• Manage multiple applications simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients where required
• Provide professional and efficient customer service throughout the application process
• Support a high-performance environment with strong teamwork and collaboration

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
