Risk Analyst – Durbanville

Our national client is looking for a driven professional based in the Durbanville area to join their Bridging Finance division within the Risk Analysis team. This pivotal role supports the credit assessment process, ensuring applications are accurately reviewed and successfully evaluated.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric, or related qualification
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• A positive attitude and professional approach
• Self-discipline and the ability to work successfully in a remote working environment
• Excellent command of the Afrikaans language (written and spoken)
• Based in Cape Town Northern Suburbs or the surrounding area (remote position)

DUTIES

• Assess and evaluate client information in line with credit policies and product criteria
• Request additional supporting documentation where required to complete application assessments
• Apply structured credit analysis to bridging finance applications
• Present well-prepared applications to the credit committee for decisioning
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance across all submitted deals
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all risk assessments
• Manage multiple applications simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients where required
• Provide professional and efficient customer service throughout the application process
• Support a high-performance environment with strong teamwork and collaboration

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
