About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Revenue Director to lead revenue growth initiatives, optimise profitability, and drive commercial performance. You will be responsible for developing revenue strategies, analysing market trends, and working across departments to maximise business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead revenue management, forecasting, and performance optimisation
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity
• Identify new opportunities to increase profitability and market share
• Oversee pricing strategies, sales performance, and commercial initiatives
• Monitor revenue reports, KPIs, and financial performance
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams
• Present revenue insights and recommendations to executive leadership

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, or business leadership
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Experience managing teams and driving business performance
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Knowledge of revenue management systems and reporting tools (advantageous)
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
