Revenue and Reservations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Revenue & Reservations Manager to maximise revenue, optimise occupancy, and oversee the reservations function. You will be responsible for implementing pricing strategies, managing booking channels, and ensuring an exceptional guest booking experience.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability
• Oversee daily reservations operations and ensure accurate booking management
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts
• Analyse occupancy, revenue, and booking performance to identify opportunities for growth
• Manage room inventory and distribution across online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and other sales channels
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and front office teams to optimise revenue opportunities
• Prepare revenue forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the reservations process

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in revenue management, reservations, or hotel operations
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and Channel Managers
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hospitality management softwar
