The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ retail sales experience, preferably within the confectionery industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and business development skills are essential, along with computer literacy and a valid driver’s license. REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years’ previous retail experience, with experience specializing in confectionery essential.
Grade 12 qualification required; a Sales or Business qualification will be an advantage.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of sales strategies, customer service, and business development.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license.
Professional, confident, and target-driven personality.
Computer literate.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Monitor and report on sales performance.
Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
