Assist customers with product selection, queries, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain shelves, replenish stock, and ensure displays follow merchandising guidelines.
Support promotions by setting up signage, highlight areas, and featured products.
Work toward daily and weekly sales targets through active selling and upselling.
Support stockroom activities including receiving, transfers, and stock counting.
Report damaged stock, gaps, and customer feedback to supervisors.
Ensure store housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the shift.

Matric is essential.
Retail sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
Comfortable working retail shifts, weekends, and peak season trading hours.
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers.
Basic numeracy and ability to follow processes accurately.
Reliable transport is advantageous for early/late shifts.
