Role Overview

Support retail performance and operational excellence in Cape Town as a Retail Operations Analyst, using retail analytics and operational metrics to improve team and store performance.

Responsibilities

Analyse sales data, inventory levels, and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track operational performance.
Monitor retail key performance indicators and operational metrics.
Lead and manage a team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Monitor performance metrics, conduct coaching sessions, and provide constructive feedback.
Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
Recognise high performance and implement strategies to reduce attrition.
Support operational excellence and data-informed business decisions.

Requirements

Minimum three years of experience in retail analytics or operations analysis.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and operational metrics.
Experience leading teams and managing productivity and quality targets.
Ability to coach staff and use performance information to improve operations.
