Our client is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to ensure shelves are full, displays are compliant, and promotions are executed correctly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organised work and can follow guidelines consistently. You will support sell-through by keeping stock visible, correctly priced, and presented neatly. The position requires high energy and strong time management, especially during promotions and peak trading. You will work closely with store teams to address out-of-stocks and merchandising gaps quickly. If you enjoy hands-on retail execution and working to standards, you will thrive here.

Replenish stock, rotate items correctly, and maintain neat shelf presentation.
Implement promotional displays and ensure correct signage and pricing.
Conduct basic stock checks, report out-of-stocks, and support replenishment action.
Maintain planogram compliance and escalate layout issues to supervisors.
Support in-store campaign changeovers and seasonal setups.
Keep merchandising areas clean, safe, and customer-ready throughout trading.
Provide feedback on customer demand trends and fast/slow movers.

Matric is advantageous but not always essential depending on experience.
6–24 months merchandising or retail floor experience is advantageous.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and standing for long periods.
Strong time management and reliability.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and early mornings where required.
