A key part of the work involves Retail Manager We are currently looking for a Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of a store, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on ensure all retail departments are merchandised correctly and consistently throughout the day.
Take ownership of Matric Certificate, Retail Management Diploma / Degree.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Retail Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Relevant experience in retail or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
