Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on handles induction for all hotel and contract staff and finalises probation evaluations for direct reports.
Take ownership of Manages hotel disciplinary matters in line with legislation and processes.
Support the team by managing achieves and maintains good working relationships and cooperation with hotel employees and colleagues.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Restaurant Manager - Port Elizabeth.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of hotel work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
