Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing aNEW Resort Vulintaba is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel restaurant and deliver exceptional dining ex.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Restaurant Manager (KwaZulu-Natal, Newcastle).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
