Role Overview

MASA Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd needs a Restaurant Manager who can step into a practical role in Nelson Mandela Bay (Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage). A key part of the work involves Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on maintain high standards of hospitality and customer care.
Take ownership of Long hours as required within the hospitality industry.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Restaurant Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

2 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
