Restaurant Manager

About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. You will be responsible for leading the team, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high food and service standards, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
  • Oversee stock control, inventory, and supplier orders
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and inventory management
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
