Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of The General Manager will ensure smooth daily running of the restaurant, excellent guest service, and strong financial performance.
Take ownership of Minimum of 3+ years experiance in a General Manager or equivalent leadership role.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Restaurant General Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
