About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for managing departments, maintaining high service standards, driving profitability, and leading a team dedicated to delivering memorable stays.

What You'll Do

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort
Lead and manage teams across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational efficiency
Recruit, train, and develop resort staff
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
Resolve guest concerns and implement service improvement initiatives
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive bookings and revenue

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent financial, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and hospitality software is advantageous
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
