Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Supervise daily resin manufacturing operations.
Take ownership of Experience in paint or coatings manufacturing advantageous.
Take ownership of Minimum 5 years' experience in resin or polymer manufacturing.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a RESIN PLANT SUPERVISOR - Resin or Polymer manufacturing.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
