Role Overview

CSi Properties needs a Residential Estate Manager - Midrand (Live-In Position) who can step into a practical role in Midrand. A key part of the work involves Midrand (Live-In Position) Full Title Houses in Lifestyle Estates We currently manage a great variety of properties in numerous residential developments/ estates across the greater.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Our Sales Team offers a full range of real estate services.
Take ownership of Ensure all minor maintenance tasks are completed within the estate eg, door handles, shelves, painting, tiling, carpeting, leaks, putting up blinds etc.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Residential Estate Manager - Midrand (Live-In Position).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of real estate work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
