Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing research and be up to date with new product technologies, product design methodologies, production technologies, components, and solutions.
Take ownership of Bachelor's Degree, Masters, or Ph.D.
Keep momentum on in Engineering and/or strong leadership experience and/or a strong technical acumen & expertise in the specific domain of the company's operations (e.g.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Research and Development Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
