Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on an opportunity has become available for a Relief Blood Bank Technologist.
Support the team by managing the incumbent will perform routine testing functions in Blood Banks including but not limited to, compatibility, post natal and preliminary transfusion reaction investiga.
Take ownership of To check and verify test results performed by Registered Blood Bank Technicians, Registered Trainee Technicians and Registered Student Technologists.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Relief Blood Bank Technologist.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of technology work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
