Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Advanced level of knowledge of financial sector laws including the Insurance Act and Regulations, FAIS Act, STIA, LTIA, PPR's, FICA, etc);.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Regulatory Compliance Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

Relevant experience in insurance or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
