Support the team by managing this role is suited to a NICU qualified Registered Nurse with strong neonatal experience and a passion for providing high-quality care to premature and critically ill new.
Keep momentum on you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing specialised neonatal care, ensuring the highest standards of safety and clinical best practice.
Take ownership of Deliver specialised nursing care to premature and critically ill neonates.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Registered Nurse Qualified ICU.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

1 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
