Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing the successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic patient care and collaborative relationships with internal and external in line with Company & Hospita.
Keep momentum on ensuring daily care rounds are conducted and investigating complaints.
Take ownership of Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Registered Nurse | 2IC | Ward 5 | Orthopedic.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of healthcare work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
