No less than 4 years' experience in a Recruitment Agency, in a target- driven environment
Able to run a 360 degree desk ie Source/Match and Close deals
Someone who does not shy away from actively building/growing client relationships
Can consistently meet and exceed a moderate target
A stable work history
Excellent English, communication skills
