The Role
You will manage the full recruitment cycle, including:
- Working with an existing technical client base
- Developing new client relationships and securing job specifications
- Taking detailed job briefs and advising clients
- Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates
- Presenting candidates to clients
- Managing interview processes
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys building relationships with both clients and candidates
- Has the ability to sell recruitment services and develop new business
- Can read people well
- Is confident negotiating and closing deals
- Is organised, proactive and commercially driven
- Established desk with warm clients
- Opportunity to develop and grow your own client base
- Strong administrative and team support
- A professional, collaborative work environment
- Competitive commission structure rewarding performance. Fixed salary for 6 months to get you going.
