About the Role

Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment assignments while building trusted relationships with candidates and hiring clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Brief roles and develop sourcing strategies
• Screen, interview and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews, references and offers
• Develop client accounts and maintain accurate CRM records

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in human resources, psychology or business
• At least 2 years of agency recruitment experience
• Demonstrated sourcing and competency-based interviewing ability
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Working knowledge of South African employment practices
