Talent Consultant – Finance (Candidate Generation & Lead Sourcing | Remote)
📍 Ideally Cape Town / Somerset West / Stellenbosch - open to other locations.
We are looking to appoint a driven and detail-oriented Talent Consultant to join our team, focusing on finance recruitment within international markets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment; sourcing, engaging and building strong talent pipelines - rather than full 360 recruitment.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and building a high-quality candidate network within the finance niche, while supporting lead generation efforts across international markets.
This is a remote role that requires strong discipline, consistency and the ability to manage your own output.
What we are looking for:
1–3 years’ experience within an external recruitment agency
Experience recruiting finance roles
Exposure to UAE and/or European markets advantageous
Proven track record of:
🔥 Strong candidate generation
🔥 Meeting activity-based targets (calls, specs, sourcing)
🔥 Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Highly organised and detail-oriented
The ideal consultant:
Passionate about recruitment, particularly the candidate engagement side
Disciplined and self-managed in a remote working environment
Motivated by performance and the opportunity to earn commission
Consistent, proactive and able to build momentum independently
A team player who contributes to overall delivery success
Location
This is a remote role, but candidates should ideally be based in Somerset West, Stellenbosch or Cape Town to allow for regular in-person collaboration and team engagement.
