About the Role

MyTalent Software is looking for an organised and proactive Recruiter to manage recruitment activities from sourcing through to placement. You will identify suitable candidates, conduct screening interviews and coordinate the hiring process while keeping candidates and hiring stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

Take detailed vacancy briefs and clarify role requirements with hiring stakeholders. Draft and publish accurate, engaging job adverts. Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, databases and referrals. Review applications and assess suitability against agreed criteria. Conduct screening interviews to establish experience, skills, availability and salary expectations. Prepare clear candidate summaries and relevant shortlists. Schedule interviews and communicate arrangements to all parties. Gather interview feedback and keep candidates informed of progress. Coordinate reference checks and supporting documentation where required. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS or CRM. Build and maintain talent pools for recurring recruitment needs. Support offer communication, start-date coordination and placement follow-up. Provide regular updates on vacancy progress and sourcing challenges. Handle candidate information confidentially and in line with company procedures.

Requirements

Matric / Grade 12. At least two years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confidence engaging candidates and hiring stakeholders. Good judgement when assessing candidates against role requirements. Strong administration, attention to detail and follow-up skills. Experience using recruitment databases, ATS platforms or CRM systems. The ability to work independently and take a proactive approach to sourcing. Professional handling of confidential candidate information. Willingness to work on-site in Pinelands. A relevant recruitment or HR qualification, agency experience or technical recruitment experience would be advantageous.
