Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Monitoring, controlling and reporting cost and productivity of construction projects during the project life cycle.
Support the team by managing measuring and calculating construction quantities, obtaining approval for variations and analysing and reconciling variances.
Take ownership of Construction Management: The candidate will be responsible to manage risks on projects, provide commercial advice to senior project team members.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Quantity Surveyor.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

3 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
