About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, budgets, and financial planning across construction and engineering projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

What You’ll Do

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project forecasts
Manage project costs from planning through completion
Review construction plans, contracts, and specifications
Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Manage contractor payments, valuations, and variations
Prepare financial reports and project documentation
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
