Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Primary purpose of the job: Develop, implement and maintain quality systems to ensure capable processes that produce parts according to customer and OEM requirements.
Support the team by managing the role supports continuous improvement of product quality and quality systems and assists the with department leadership and budgeting.
Support the team by managing manage performance, coaching and development of subordinate quality staff.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Quality Supervisor.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in motoring or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
