Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing role Overview You will take ownership of the quality management system and drive a culture of continuous improvement across engineering, production, and project teams.

Requirements

Relevant experience in defence or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
