Key Responsibilities
- Support the team by managing monitor and evaluate customer interactions across calls and other communication channels against established quality standards.
- Keep momentum on minimum 4 years' experience in a Quality Assurance role within a contact centre environment.
- Keep momentum on strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and call centre operations.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Quality Analyst (Contact Centre Dbn).
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- 4 years of relevant experience
