Quality Administrator (SHEQ Department)
Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Administrator to join our SHEQ team. The role supports the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems across projects, while also providing health and safety administrative support to ensure compliance with SHEQ requirements. The successful candidate will assist with documentation, audits, reporting, and close-out processes.

Experience & Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Quality Management or related field
- 3–4 years’ experience in Quality, SHEQ, or administrative roles (construction experience advantageous)
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of OHS legislation and quality management principles
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update quality documentation, registers, and project records
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and track corrective actions
- Manage non-conformance reports and assist with root cause analysis
- Support SHEQ reporting, incident reporting, and compliance monitoring
- Assist with occupational health and safety administrative processes
- Track medical fitness certificates and compliance records
- Assist with external audits and legal compliance registers
- Provide general administrative support to SHEQ and quality teams
Skills & Attributes
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 systems (advantageous)
- Internal auditing and report writing skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Professional and team-oriented
