Educational Background

BCOMPT Degree in Accounting (essential)

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within an Accounting Practice

• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and accounting portfolios

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• XERO Accounting Software – proficient user

• Pastel Accounting Software – essential

• Excel – strong skills required (formulas, reports, reconciliations)

• Ability to prepare financial statements, handle tax submissions, VAT, and payroll-related tasks

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet strict deadlines

• Professional, trustworthy, and committed to confidentiality
