Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on to own, drive, and ensure effective closure of CAPAs, nonconformances and customer complaints, while maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System .
Keep momentum on drive ownership and timely closure of CAPAs, nonconformances and customer complaints, ensuring robust root cause analysis and effectiveness checks.
Take ownership of Draft, review and approve manufacturing, process, packaging, sterilisation and equipment validation protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a QA and Regulatory Officer.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in education or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
