Role Overview

A remote Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator is required to support purchasing, inventory and logistics operations. The role requires accurate order management, supplier coordination, stock monitoring and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage purchase orders.
Work directly with suppliers to place and track orders.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory and delivery records.
Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with logistics and internal stakeholders to support timely fulfilment.

Requirements

Purchasing, inventory, logistics or supply-chain coordination experience.
Strong organisation, accuracy and follow-through.
Confident supplier and stakeholder communication.
Ability to work remotely and manage priorities independently.
Good spreadsheet and systems capability.
