MECS needs a Pump Fitter (Slurry Pumps - Mining) – Westonaria who can step into a practical role in Gauteng - Jhb Western Suburbs. A key part of the work involves Minimum 5 years' experience installing and maintaining various pumps on Mines.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of The Pump Fitter will install, maintain, repair and assemble various pumps.
Take ownership of As a Pump Fitter work may include working on site at various Mines, Installing, Maintaining, and troubleshooting pumps and offering solutions to customers.
Support the team by managing must live in or close to Westonaria.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Pump Fitter (Slurry Pumps - Mining) – Westonaria.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
