Property Sales Consultant

We are seeking a well-spoken, driven Property Sales Consultant to join a prestigious UK-based real estate business, operating remotely from Cape Town.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the premium property sector, engaging with both existing and prospective clients looking to buy or sell high-value homes in the UK market.

Requirements

  • Matric,
  • Previous experience in sales, property, or a client-facing role advantageous
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional telephone manner
  • Well-spoken, articulate, and confident engaging with high-end clientele
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with UK clients and time zones

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with both new and existing clients via phone and digital channels
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their property needs and objectives
  • Guide clients through the buying and selling process with professionalism and care
  • Promote and present upmarket property listings to qualified buyers
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
