Status Staffing needs a Property Manager who can step into a practical role in Kuils River. A key part of the work involves Property Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team based in Kuils River, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on proficiency in MS Office is required, and experience with property management systems will be advantageous.
Support the team by managing previous experience as a Property Manager, specifically within Sectional Title and Homeowners' Associations (HOAs).
Keep momentum on good understanding of maintenance processes within property management.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Property Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
