A key part of the work involves Property Manager (Commercial & Industrial) The Property Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all Commercial and Industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on property Management: Manage properties, ensuring optimal occupancy, rental income, and asset value.
Keep momentum on facilities Management: Ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant with health, safety, and legal regulations, and that preventative maintenance programs are in plac.
Support the team by managing reporting: Providing regular reports on property performance and market conditions.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Property Manager (Commercial & Industrial).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in property or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
