Werkie is hiring a Project Manager / Projek Bestuurder (AN 83) in Pretoria. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to building, supporting or improving systems that people rely on every day.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Budgeting, Costing & Reporting: Manage budgets, calculate food costs, monitor gross profit, complete daily cost/sales analyses, and report accurately to the .
Take ownership of Purchasing & Procurement: Purchase materials, consumables, and non -consumables within budget and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Project Manager / Projek Bestuurder (AN 83).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of ngo & non-profit work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
