Role Overview

Marvel Placement Consultants is hiring a Project Manager / Engineering Manager (12-Month Contract) in Irene. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to keeping technical work accurate, practical and aligned to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering execution, project delivery and EPCM-related functions across multiple projects.
Keep momentum on bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Keep momentum on minimum of 10 years' experience in Project Management and/or Engineering Management roles.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Project Manager / Engineering Manager (12-Month Contract).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

10 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
