Project Manager - Construction/Concrete

Are you a driven and detail-oriented construction professional looking to take the next step in your project management career? Our client, a well-established company in the construction and precast concrete industry, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of construction projects who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Project Management will be highly advantageous.
• 2–3 years' experience within the building or construction industry.
• Experience with precast concrete products, hollow core slabs or structural elements will be highly advantageous.
• Proven experience coordinating projects, tracking milestones and managing project progress.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and measurement drawings.
• Experience with Revit or production drawings is advantageous.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, with proficiency in Word and Outlook.
• Experience using MS Project or similar scheduling software is beneficial.
• Fully bilingual in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of precast concrete and structural projects.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Liaise with production, logistics, site teams and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
