Project Coordinator – Retail Installations

A fast-paced retail installations company is looking for a highly organised, high energy and proactive Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and can confidently coordinate people, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful campaign rollouts. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-driven individual with strong admin and coordination skills who is eager to grow within a fast-moving industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule installation teams for retail campaigns and projects
  • Ensure teams are fully briefed and equipped for each rollout
  • Track project timelines and manage multiple installations simultaneously
  • Liaise with logistics to ensure materials are delivered on schedule
  • Identify and resolve delays, scheduling conflicts, or operational issues proactively
  • Provide support to installation teams during project rollouts
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure installations meet required standards
  • Communicate progress updates and completion feedback to clients
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation
Minimum Requirements:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a coordination, project admin, or operational support role
  • Strong administrative and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Able to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Driver’s license and reliable transport essential
  • Willingness to work overtime when required
  • Experience within retail, visual merchandising, shopfitting, or installations
  • Diploma in Project Management or Business Administration.
