Project Coordinator – Retail Installations
A fast-paced retail installations company is looking for a highly organised, high energy and proactive Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and can confidently coordinate people, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful campaign rollouts. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-driven individual with strong admin and coordination skills who is eager to grow within a fast-moving industry.

- Coordinate and schedule installation teams for retail campaigns and projects
- Ensure teams are fully briefed and equipped for each rollout
- Track project timelines and manage multiple installations simultaneously
- Liaise with logistics to ensure materials are delivered on schedule
- Identify and resolve delays, scheduling conflicts, or operational issues proactively
- Provide support to installation teams during project rollouts
- Conduct quality checks and ensure installations meet required standards
- Communicate progress updates and completion feedback to clients
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation
- 2+ years’ experience in a coordination, project admin, or operational support role
- Strong administrative and Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Able to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Driver’s license and reliable transport essential
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Experience within retail, visual merchandising, shopfitting, or installations
- Diploma in Project Management or Business Administration.
